This workshop is an exploration & discussion of effective self care tips and tricks for the mind, body and soul including a self-evaluation matrix to identify the problem areas and strengths of participants’ self-care routines.
THE LIFE AUDIT
This workshop explores 6 core aspects of life and provides participants with the space to evaluate how they show up in each category.
From this, we’ll then establish clarity about which areas of life are most core to participants’ sense of self, where they show up, where they don’t and most importantly, the strategies to improve their efforts in future.
THE JOY INVENTORY
This workshop allows participants to identify what brings joy and what makes us feel whole and connected.
Expect reflection, conversation and time for participants to write a personal strategy for cultivating a life with more ease, joy & delight.
