In this workshop we explore the three key pillars of physical wellbeing - breath, movement and awareness.
Encouraging participants to be inquisitive about how each of these pillars is interconnected, participants will gain a greater understanding of how mental and physical selves inform one another.
PERFECT YOUR POSTURE
Specifically designed to improve mobility and issues arising from working at a desk, this workshop looks at how we can establish a beneficial movement practice for an office environment.
Participants will leave with exercises to combat common aches and pains and stretches and strengthening exercises to help prevent these physical stresses from resurfacing.
YOGA / PILATES / YOGALATES
Yoga, pilates and yogalates classes designed to tune down the mind and focus the attention on the physical body.
These fun flows are complemented by a short relaxation designed to create space in the neck, shoulders, hips and lower back as well as cultivating a sense of inner calm.
