What is our inner critic? When does it appear and how does it speak to us? This workshop is a space for participants to identify their unique relationship with their own inner critic, and provides them with a three-step strategy to transform how to use the inner critic as a force for good.

What is the link between goals and intentions? How can we set goals from a powerful, authentic place? This session breaks down a four-part process to guide you in setting, working towards and reviewing meaningful and measurable goals.
