DE-STRESS & GET GROUNDED
In this session, participants will practise techniques designed to steady the mind & soothe the soul. We’ll work with the senses and tune the awareness into being in the present moment. Your people will learn simple, effective techniques which help break the pattern of stress and anxiety and develop strategies to find grounding in daily life.
DEEP RELAXATION
60 minutes dedicated to completely relaxing and switching off. In this session participants will be guided into a space of deep, nurturing relaxation. We suggest that this workshop is delivered in a comfortable space where people can fully surrender to the guided process of deep relaxation.
MINDFULNESS 101
What is mindfulness and how can we cultivate mindfulness practices in our daily lives? In this workshop, participants will learn how to begin to incorporate simple mindfulness techniques into a routine to lower stress and improve mood. With a focus on meditation, we’ll also explore methods to tune into the body and refocus the awareness.
